Very comfortable 3 bedroom 1 bath home sits on a quiet one lane street neighborhood. Offers 4ft high fenced in backyard. So the kids and pets can't escape. Plenty of room for kids or adults to have fun plus large open yard in back to play Frisbee with your dog or go on a walk. Two outdoor eating areas with outdoor seating for six. BBQ is charcoal. Wood for fire pit and charcoal are not provided but readily available at the gas station 1 minute away from home. Inside home you will find multiple Bluetooth stereo systems, 75" Roku TV, two separate living rooms, musical instruments to play, and many art installations. Home has internet wifi. And awesome Karaoke system to sing your heart out. Also provided are the best board games and electronic darts to play. Outside includes two picnic tables, corn hole, tetherball, horseshoes, and frisbee golf. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook at home including griddle, Rice maker/slow cooker, blender, coffee and tea kettle, microwave, and glass/plastic glasses.

House Rules

This home has a septic system so please do not flush feminine/male products, paper towels, baby wipes down toilets, and if you bring children watch for them flushing down toys. Please note that check in time ends at 11pm to avoid disturbing our neighbors. Please wash any dirty dishes before you leave and you can put any kitchen trash bags in trash cans provided out front. There are extra bags under kitchen sink if needed. If you plan to enjoy a fire only by law only start one after 6pm and we request no fires to be started after 11pm. Please extinguish all fires with hose provided. No fires to be left unattended for ANY reason or the fire department will be notified. There have been two forest fires in the area. If you brought your pet make sure you pick up after it or there will be an additional charge. Bags are provided.

Really great stay here! The place is cozy and clean, the fenced in yard is perfect for dogs and yard games, and the karaoke setup was a standout. Easy drive to some beautiful hikes as well. Paul is a responsive and courteous host.

the tranquility and nostalgia were mind blowing. there was so much to do from singing karaoke to watching a movie or playing games. we especially loved the guitar, bass, and vinyl. the backyard activities really brought me back to my childhood. teaching my young adults how to play teatherball to cooking on the grill or chilling by the firepit. our weekend was very memorable and we look forward to returning. Paul went above and beyond

My family and I had such a great stay. The place is spotless and looks just like the photo. The decor was so fun and everything was just so well put together. Very comfy beds and couches and the fenced yard was so perfect for my two dogs to be able to enjoy the outside and play around. I highly recommend booking if it’s available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Paul was super-responded very quickly and was flexible with us as we were coming in for a graduation. The place was awesome-very cool retro and tons of games and great features like a smart bathroom. Everything was spotless and we felt right at home. If we are ever in the area again we would not hesitate to stay here again!

The decor was stunning. There were so many games to use as well as darts and outdoor activities. Having a grill at our disposal was awesome. If I am ever in Virginia again I would definitely look Paul up to rent again.
