House Rules

This home has a septic system so please do not flush feminine/male products, paper towels, baby wipes down toilets, and if you bring children watch for them flushing down toys. Please note that check in time ends at 11pm to avoid disturbing our neighbors. If you plan to enjoy a fire only by law only start one after 6pm and we request no fires to be started after 11pm. Please extinguish all fires with hose provided. No fires to be left unattended for ANY reason or the fire department will be notified. Please put any kitchen trash bags in trash cans provided and wash any dishes / load dishwasher and starter before you leave. If you brought any pets make sure you pick up after them. Bags are provided if you don't an additional charge will be added. We understand its a big backyard so please pickup after your pet immediately. Our cleaners walk the grounds to look for any waste to insure next guests has a clean backyard to start.

Paul has done a wonderful job with this Air B&B. We were visiting family and brought our dogs along with us. The fenced back yard was amazing b/c the dogs were able to run and play safely. Fire pit, teether ball, frisbee golf, picnic table and more. Inside the unit was clean and comfortable. Super comfortable beds. Coffee maker was an awesome addition. For anyone visiting the area, we would recommend this stay.
